I feel like as an artist I am uniquely qualified to work on food and drink projects. After ten years working in bars and restaurants as a hostess/waitress/bartender and bar manager. I am still very connected to gastronomy, having passed WSET 2 (2015) and the Court of Master Sommelier's intro level (2016). I hope to certify in the next couple of years.
